When the sun goes down
Lately it’s been quite a relief when the sun goes down, a week of temps over 40 (celcius) has everyone going a little stir crazy.
FRAME
Lots of beautiful stonework and arches remain from this jail which opened in 1886 at a place called Trial Bay.

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the rainforest…..we had a fabulous walk through the Otway Ranges and enjoyed being amongst the treetops on the suspended walkway above the forests.
SHADOWS
Billabong dreaming on a sunny late afternoon with shadows and reflections to make the heart swoon….
OCEAN
Yesterday we took a drive along the Great Ocean Road, my little P&S struggles to do justice to the views from the cliff-top lookouts along the way, while the gathering storm clouds chased us all the way home.
SUNDOWN
Sundown on its way through the bush.
UNEXPECTED
Whenever a fish is caught, it’s always a rush to get the camera out to provide proof of just how big (or small) it really was before being tossed back to swim another day, what was really unexpected was the reflected horizon in his sunglasses being on the same line as the horizon in the distance!   You may need to click on the enlarged button to see this and the fish …..
