Can you imagine Little Red Riding Hood emerging out of this pine forest, only there wouldn’t be any wolves around but the odd kangaroo or wallaby might give her a fright.

For some reason it seems that kangaroos don’t belong in this setting. It does look like a great fairy-tale forest especially for the children to be lost in…maybe Hansel and Gretel!

Tis is such a great base image for digital artists–I think it could become a dark sinister forest with all sorts of things lurking on the edges, a mystical walkway with faiaries and an entire Other World bussing about or a serene path wandered by a couple in love.
